All online tests are scheduled and listed in Sydney/Melbourne time (AET), you should ensure you check how your time zone aligns with the time listed.
Application cap indicators
Tests are conducted on demand in line with applications received, or the needs of the relevant business or government department. Due to rostering and staffing requirements, CPI tests can only be booked 5 or more weeks in advance, while some other test types can be booked up to 2 weeks prior. If you don’t provide enough notice to change or cancel your test, you will lose the fee you have paid and will need to pay a new fee when you re-book. Applying for a review of test results
If you’ve passed the test in DKT online, you do not need to make a booking to go to a service centre and apply for your licence. Due to the high interest in the Work and Holiday visa program in some high demand countries, the department has paused application lodgement. This may happen when the cap is nearly filled or to spread out visa application lodgements throughout the program year. You will receive feedback from examiners which will help you determine your readiness for the actual test. You will need to pay the test fee when you select your test date.
